All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer a range of shipping options based on your location and the type of product ordered:
Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-10 business days. This applies to apparel and small fitness accessories. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-5 business days. Available for all products, with the cost based on weight and location.
Oversized Item Shipping: Delivered within 7-15 business days. This option is for large fitness equipment such as treadmills and vibration plates. Shipping costs vary by item.
International Shipping: Delivered within 7-20 business days. Available for select items, with shipping rates depending on the destination.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors such as high demand, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Restrictions
Large fitness equipment (e.g., treadmills, boxing machines) may have longer shipping times due to their size.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for oversized items.
International shipping availability may vary depending on the country.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If you haven’t received your tracking details within 3 business days of purchase, check your spam folder or contact us at [your support email].

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is delayed or missing, please first check with the shipping carrier. If additional assistance is needed, contact us.

6. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, customers may be responsible for re-shipping fees.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

8. International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide, but international delivery times may be longer due to customs processing.
