At S_F Wellness & Couture, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness and fashion products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist with returns, exchanges, and refunds based on the guidelines below.


1. Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.


Eligible Returns:

Clothing – Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Fitness Equipment & Accessories – Must be unused and in original packaging.

Proof of Purchase – Order confirmation or receipt is required.

Exchanges – Available for the same item in a different size or color (subject to stock availability).


Non-Returnable Items:

Final Sale & Digital Products – Gift cards and digital purchases are non-refundable.

Hygiene-Sensitive Items – Opened resistance bands, yoga mats, water bottles, or similar items.

Customized/Personalized Items – Products with custom engraving or designs.


2. Refund Process

🔹 Inspection – Returns are inspected within 5 business days after arrival.

🔹 Approval – If approved, a refund is processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

🔹 Denial – If rejected (due to signs of use/wear), we will notify you and return the item.


3. Return Shipping

📦 Customer Responsibility – Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

📦 Trackable Shipping – We recommend using a trackable shipping service to prevent lost returns.

📦 Prepaid Label Deductions – If we provide a prepaid return label, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund (excluding defective/incorrect items).


4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at strengthfaith10@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos.


Free Replacement or Full Refund – We will cover all costs for defective or incorrect items.


5. Exchanges

🔄 Size or Color Changes – Return the item for a refund and place a new order.

🔄 Defective Items – Will be replaced at no cost.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

💳 If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Check with your bank or payment provider – Some banks take additional time to process refunds.
